ServiceNow Administrator

Job Description: 

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the platform meets business needs and operates efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security, and data integrity.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Provide training and support to end-users and other administrators.
Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of [5] years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ServiceNow certification is a plus.
