Bringing Sales, Projects, and Operations Together for a Services Company
A service provider in the U.S. connected its sales, project management, HR, and asset management with Integrow (a built‑in ERP and CRM platform), improving project execution and resource use.
Overview
A services company delivering project and field work ran its sales, delivery, HR, and assets in separate tools. Data was often outdated and mismatched, and projects started with gaps. The organization’s leaders were spending time validating numbers instead of acting on them. That’s when CCI implemented Integrow, an agentic ERP and CRM platform, to integrate core operations into one system. Integrow provided teams with shared data and faster execution across the business.
PROBLEMS:
01 Misaligned Sales and Delivery Data
Sales teams closed deals without a clear view of delivery capacity or active workload. Project teams received incomplete handovers. This led to misalignment with the scope and continuous rework.
02 Manual Project Tracking
They were tracking projects in spreadsheets and standalone tools. Task updates, cost tracking, and timeline changes depended on manual updates, which were often delayed.
03 Limited Control Over People and Assets
Resource planning lived outside project systems. HR data and resource assignments were stored separately. Managers were having difficulty seeing availability and asset usage across active work, leading to overbooking and idle resources.
04 Poor Operational Reporting
Leadership reports required data from multiple systems and needed hours to prepare basic reports. Numbers had to be pulled, cleaned, and rechecked before every review.
SOLUTIONS
Unified ERP and CRM Using Integrow
◉ Implemented Integrow to manage sales, projects, HR, and assets in one platform.
◉ This removed duplicate data and gave each team a shared system of records.
Connected Sales and Project Workflows
◉ Closed opportunities automatically created projects with defined scope, milestones, budgets, and staffing needs.
◉ Delivery teams started working with complete and accurate information.
Structured Project and Cost Management
◉ Enabled automated status updates for sales, finance, and leadership without requesting manual reporting. This gave them the ability to track tasks, project timelines, and costs directly in Integrow.
Centralized Resource and Asset Planning
◉ We brought HR data, skill sets, availability, and asset management in one place to plan work based on real capacity, instead of assumptions.
Live Dashboards and Reports
◉ We configured dashboards for pipeline health, project status, utilization, and costs. Leadership accessed current data without manual preparation.
