A top corporate firm working with high-profile legal cases experienced operational inefficiencies in managing client information, case documents, and deadlines. With a requirement for a powerful and bespoke Case Management System (CMS) that allows the law firm to eliminate traditional process impediments, deliver built-in compliance assurance and facilitates collaboration across its legal teams, the client turned to Consilias.
