As an Account Executive at Cloud Consultings Inc. (CCI), you will play a crucial role in managing our valued customers, who are now part of the CCI family. Your customer base will be predominantly healthcare and financial clients. They utilize a variety of our services from Salesforce, SaaS LMS, on-premises LMS, Payroll, Talent, and more.
The Account Executive will focus on the customer’s success, leveraging a deep understanding of their business needs to ensure maximum value from our technology and identifying new opportunities for expanding our services. This role involves both managing current accounts and hunting for new sales opportunities within the existing customer base with a strong focus on upselling, cross-selling, and upgrades.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and driving adoption and healthy usage of our technology solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities within your customer portfolio and create strategies for expansion, including additional products and capabilities.
- Develop and execute a clear communication plan with key account stakeholders, fostering and growing relationships within the account.
- Conduct regular customer interactions to assess their needs, system requirements, solution utilization, and overall account health.
- Work closely with customers to develop strategic plans for talent management and recommend or customize our software solutions based on their specific needs.
- Analyze customer reports, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Uncover opportunities for increased customer base growth and adoption of other services.
- Proven experience in a customer success role or sales account management.
- Experience or understanding of Learning and Development or HR practices.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with an empathetic sales mindset.
- Strong planning and execution skills with proven ability to manage and implement a sales plan and strategy.
- Understanding of Learning and content systems and how to leverage them for sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility, integrity, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.
- Some travel may be required depending on assigned customer accounts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related fields
- Familiarity with SaaS LMS, on-premises LMS, Payroll, and Talent management systems is a plus.
- Previous experience working with healthcare and financial clients.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, especially at the Executive level.
