Job Requirements:
- Looking for Click Production Support Lead having a domain knowledge on clickSoftware
- Good service management and production support experience.
- Hyper responsive, drive issues to closure and good communicator
- Incident Management, Service Requests, Issue resolution, Monitoring
- Excellent communicator and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Well versed with the implementation of ClickSoftware suite of products viz. Click Schedule, Clickmobile version 8.3.
- Well versed with RDBMS like SQL server and Oracle.
- Should be well versed with ClickSoftware product customizations using Microsoft technologies
- Prepare Design Specification Document using Business Requirement Document (BRD). Manage, Analyze and convert business requirement into functional specifications.
- Should have Requirement Gathering/Analysis skills using workshops, Interviews, audio recording, customer interaction techniques with business users, stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.
- Should have experience in all phases of a life cycle implementation, gap analysis, prototypes, testing, go-live and user training.
- Should be able to integrate with ERP / CRM systems via various middleware options.
- Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of ClickSoftware system.
