Salesforce Senior Technical Architects

Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into technical architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Expert Responsibilities:

Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Provide technical leadership in all phases of Salesforce project delivery, from planning and design to implementation and optimization.
Define and enforce Salesforce development best practices and governance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and integrations to support business needs.
Lead development and integration efforts between Salesforce and other internal/external systems.
Manage and mentor junior developers, admins, and other technical resources.
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, releases, and roadmap.
Assist in managing Salesforce licenses and usage optimization.

 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in an architect role.

Salesforce certifications required:

Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a strong plus
Other relevant certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, etc.)

 

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL.
Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
Knowledge of data migration and management tools (Data Loader, Talend, etc.).
Expertise in security architecture, identity management, and enterprise design patterns.

 

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

 

Preferred Experience:

Experience in industries like healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
