Digital Marketing Data Architect

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Data Architect to work with our clients.
CCI helps clients to evolve and transform what they offer, how they operate, and how they acquire, engage and retain their customers using Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience executing and/or leading digital marketing programs/transformations for top digital marketing agencies/consultancies, internet companies or client marketing organizations within various Marketing Cloud Ecosystems (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium)
- 8 Years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high quality enterprise solutions on cloud based architectures or a combination of cloud and on-prem
- Hands on experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising, and data platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager or similar solutions)
- Experience delivering or architecting marketing technologies such as Customer 360, CDPs, DMPs, decision engines etc.
- Track record of leading and managing projects or consulting engagements, and/or serving as a people manager
- Knowledge of agile project delivery methodologies
- Ability to phase delivery of solutions that can meet immediate needs, while building towards longer term strategic solutions
- Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytics components with enterprise foundational components
- Ability to effortlessly switch gears from summary view for leadership to hands-on discussion with practitioners
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Economics, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations; Advanced degree or specialization in Digital Marketing is a plus
- Certifications with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Audience Manager are a plus
What you will do
You will lead or serve as a leader on consulting projects. You will be responsible to build client capabilities to enable digital marketing across web, mobile, email, DMP, analytics, reporting, personalization, decisioning, testing, display, search and social ad platforms. You will define the strategy, roadmap and implementation of the omni channel marketing and technology platform stack, working closely with stakeholders in marketing and IT.
You will work closely with client’s marketing and advertising teams and their external agencies. You will act as primary liaison with IT teams and external marketing technology service providers. You’ll be part of the consulting teams to conduct assessments of client capabilities and performance, playing a significant role in team problem solving through the findings and insights from diagnostics and assessments. You will contribute to defining the implications to the client operating model, new roles and org implications, and operating processes. You will also contribute to the strategies and solutions for marketing technology.
You will work directly with consulting teams to conduct assessments of client capabilities and performance, playing a significant role in daily team problem solving and translating diagnostics into actionable insights. You will also contribute to defining the implications to the client’s technology architecture and help them to make decision around platform selection and development as it relates to marketing and advertising technology.
What do Delivery Architects do?
Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.
Day to Day Responsibilities
You are responsible for designing and validating a complex architecture and ensuring its successful implementation.
You should be able to identify and challenge several IT scenarios by taking into account the business environment.
You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations.
You lead CCI operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.
You are seen as a role model in your community.
Required Skills and Experience
Qualification: 12 experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.
Should be experienced in foundation, People Leadership, service & delivery.
Should be proficient in client acquisition & development and business leadership.
Should be masters in Technology Awareness & Leveraging and Innovation & Capability Growth.
